"Katie was absolutely fantastic!!! The entire process from first contact to cake delivery was so easy and effortless!!! When I couldn’t attend a cake tasting in person- she sent a box home with me! When I changed my mind on cake details- no problem at all! Katie herself is such a happy person, and I left every interaction with her feeling even more excited about my wedding! "Having gone every where trying to get someone to do our wedding cake it was a nightmares, so we decided to go out of town n found bake by Katie so once we decided to get in touch with her we went ahead n booked in a consultation we found that she was prompt with her response n the taste testing we had was great n when I told Katie how i wanted our wedding cake she delivered without any hesitation plus we got extra with a slab just incase n every one loved the taste , texture n the icing sugar was not to sweet it was just right n good thing to is that she delivered it to our venues. I would recommend bake by Katie for any cakes what people wanting Katie does a great job n would order any sort of cake from her."

I reached out to her for help with a wedding cake for my dad and step mother—an older couple in their 60s—who got married in Port Macquarie just a few weeks ago, after more than 20 years of partnership. Katie's warmth, sensitivity and proactivity transformed the task of wedding-cake-hunting from something overwhelming into something exciting and fun. She took care of the logistics seamlessly for us, requesting contact points for the reception venue and florist, and organizing the delivery of the cake in relation to the timing of the day.
